We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 3–4 working days
• Remote & Rural Areas: 5–7 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, order size, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000
• Flat Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 5,000
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide for your convenience

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed on the same day
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next working day
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Each order is carefully packed to ensure your products reach you safely and in perfect condition.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email
• You can track your parcel directly on the courier partner’s website (TCS, Leopard Courier, M&P, or Call Courier)
• If you face any issue tracking your order, our customer service team is here to help

• Please ensure that your address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout
• Customers are requested to be available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery period
• If delivery is missed, the courier will usually make another attempt or contact you directly
• During sales, promotions, or holiday seasons, deliveries may take longer than usual
• Gardezi Mart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control
