Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable (unless defective).
  • Returns are only accepted for orders within Pakistan.

Process for Returns & Exchanges

  • Provide your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will guide you on how to send the product back.
  • Once received, we will inspect the item and process your request.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in case of wrong or defective products.
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible for size or color issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Customer will bear the shipping cost for exchanges, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
