Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only offered if:
- The product received is defective or damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is out of stock after payment.
Refunds are not applicable on:
- Discounted or sale items.
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Refund Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and pictures (if required).
- Once approved, we will initiate the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Store Credit / Coupon Code (customer choice)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges Instead of Refunds
- In some cases, we may offer an exchange or replacement product instead of a refund (subject to availability).
- Exchanges are processed faster than refunds.
Important Notes
- Products must be returned in unused and original condition with packaging.
- Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
- Always keep proof of payment and courier receipt until the issue is resolved.
